People are increasingly aware of what we do to the environment. But few people have an explicit idea of the price we have to pay for the CO2 emssion. In a Climate Club by PWC in the women's forum, an interesting website is designed to calculate the price for CO2 emssions. For example, it costs Euro 117 to offset the harm of a round trip for Shanghai to Paris to the environment. Amazing cost.

Yesterday I attended the SciTechGirls corner session at the Discovery Conference Room and it was really inspiring for me!
It wasn't so much about technology, but about retaining the right people at companies, specially women. Technology has a lot to do with it, providing the tools for a more flexible environment, but it was much about organizational behaviour than any other thing.
